Elevator Accessories
We offer various types of Elevator Accessories
OVERSPEED GOVERNER
It is an elevator device which acts as a stop device in case the elevator runs beyond the rated speed. This device must be installed in the traction elevators and roped hydraulic elevators.
DOOR SENSOR
The sensors operate by emitting beams of light or using ultrasonic technology to create an invisible safety net across the doorway. When this beam is interrupted, the sensor sends a signal to the elevator control system to halt the door's movement, thus preventing closure.
FLOOR SENSOR
Reed Switches consist of two flat ferromagnetic reeds sealed in an inert atmosphere within a glass capsule. In the presence of a magnetic field the reeds are attracted to each other and close to complete the magnetic and electric circuit.
LIMIT SWITCH
An elevator limit switch is a safety device installed in elevators to prevent them from traveling beyond their designated floors. The switch is located at the top and bottom of the elevator shaft, and it is designed to cut power to the elevator motor if the elevator car exceeds its normal range of travel.
WIRE ROPE
Normally, elevator wire ropes feature parallel strand construction for reducing incidence of abrasion compared with ropes with cross laid construction. Meanwhile, they have a high fatigue bending life and less wear to running sheaves.
PULLY
ulleys with large metal cables are used in modern elevators. The cable is wrapped around a groove in the wheel and axle. An electric motor pulls the cable, lifting the car between floors. Several pulleys can be combined to reduce the necessary work to lift a load.
THIMBLE
elevator, car that moves in a vertical shaft to carry passengers or freight between the levels of a multistory building. Most modern elevators are propelled by electric motors, with the aid of a counterweight, through a system of cables and sheaves (pulleys).
CANTROL PANEL
An elevator control panel is a set of buttons and switches that allow passengers to select the floor they want to go to. Typically, the panel is located next to the elevator doors and includes a set of buttons for each floor in the building. When a passenger presses a button, the elevator will move to that floor.
